For this project I was in the main role of director, though I also helped out other roles as well, helping out with audio editing and some of the paper work. The project, Hawker Gem, was a Republic Polytechnic final year project, where our mission was to share our love and appreciation of hawker culture. With the aim of sharing their story and food to a wider audience, preserving their legacy for generations to come.
